A: The best way to start Pilate's is with 3 to 5 private lessons. Private instruction on the apparatus is a great way for the client to become familiar with the Pilates Method and allows the instructor to assess your individual needs.



Q: How long will it take to see results?

A: Although Pilates is known for rapid results, the results can very depending on fitness level and frequency. The more consistent you are the quicker the result.
