Sandra Murphy is a certified Muscle Activation Specialist™ and the senior instructor at The Core Pilates Studio in Boulder Colorado. Since founding the studio11 years ago, she has conducted advanced education courses for instructors, provided certification training for Pilates students, and helped numerous clients develop fitness training programs. She has also assisted clients with rehabilitation related to sports injuries and spinal injuries.
Sandra’s passion for understanding human mechanics led to her study in a new field called: Muscle Activation Techniques™. This intensive curriculum is focused on identifying muscular imbalances related to pain and injury, and applying techniques that work toward correcting those imbalances.

Tanya K. Bonino is a certified Pilates instructor and a Journey work trainer at The Core Pilates Studio in Boulder Colorado. Tanya specializes in developing training programs for all ages and fitness levels. She has been involved with Pilates since 1998 and is currently the head of The Core’s youth development and training program. This program motivates children and young adults to embrace a healthy life style and safely incorporate Pilates as part of a daily fitness regimen. Tanya’s love and knowledge of the human body allows her to educate clients, moving them through each exercise safely and effectively.

Hailey Babcock is an avid outdoors' enthusiast and athlete. Her love for exercise started young as a competitive gymnast. She later fell in love with running and actively participated in many races including 10k's, half marathons, and full marathons. However, due to a recurring spinal injury, she had to search for a different sport that was not as hard on her back. She quickly fell in love with triathlons in which she actively trains for each year. With a degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Hailey has always had a drive for physical activity understanding the positive effects it can have on the body and mind. Upon discovering Pilates, she found it to be the perfect way to improve her back condition as well as to improve over all health. Hailey's passion is to reach out to the community and help share her knowledge of Pilates to the incredible athletes in this area. She believes that you can achieve the athletic goals that you desire, whatever that level is, no matter what your health limitations are.
